Terms of Service — Gamesoup

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Gamesoup (“the platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and verify it before creating content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Gamesoup.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Gamesoup a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content on the platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to post the content.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

Contains nudity, pornography, or sexual content involving minors
Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence against any group
Harasses, bullies, or threatens other users
Contains malware, phishing links, or other malicious code
Infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
Promotes scams, fake giveaways, or deceptive practices
Distributes pirated software, games, or assets
Violates any applicable law or regulation

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to law enforcement. We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking action.

6. Disclaimer

Gamesoup is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for content posted by users or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
